    I’m not able to select who gets the survey and no one sees the reviews. Plus you can’t respond to bogus reviews or delete them. I much rather have people leave a review on yelp and google where it actually helps my business. People leave reviews...

    It is confusing to me why some of the questions have a 1-5 rating and others have a 1-10 rating. Should be consistent.

    I get notifications all of the time about my links expiring and then someone sending an email saying it hasn't really expired and sorry for the inconvenience. Other times I'll get notification that a link has expired with no warning of that...
