    One quick suggestion. We have 2 questions where the top score is a 5. We have one score that goes to 10. I would suggest all three go to 10. 1-5 is very limited. If you get a 4, you are basically getting an 80% satisfaction. If clients are...

    This is great! The response rate is super high and you can reply to the reviews. The only thing that would make it better is if more than one person on my team could reply. That way, we could show the whole team responding to the reviews.
