Stephanie was always ready to answer any questions my wife and I might have had. She kept us informed every step of the way through the loan process. closing was made very easy by the entire staff.
I felt like Nicci was really involved in our loan and helped up through every step. She reponded to questions quickly and clearly. She gave good advice and helped us understand what the loan process was!

Communication. The Communication between all parties could have been better and consistent.
Blake and the team were amazing. Very easy to work with and they answered all of my crazy questions. I was apart of a new build so overall the process was more drawn out by design. But Blake took it all in stride and was a fantastic help!
