Kim Walser was always available to answer our questions in a timely manner. The only issue was with the closing department and their delay on the day of closing which was out of Kim's hands.

The ease of the process was unexpectedly delightful. There was very little that we had to do to work through the process. Digital signatures were very helpful to accelerate the process during COVID 19 and social distancing.
