She kept us fully informed and was in constant contact. Lacey was a big help in walking us through the whole process.

Refi was easy and Scott was very helpful.

Jessica & Kim communicated in a timely fashion and were helpful with any questions. Underwriter made me nervous though by waiting to last minute with questions.

Lacey was really helpful and answered all my questions quickly. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know a lot of what was required and needed. She help guide me through the process.

Overall the experience was good. I did enjoy working with Andrea but the process did take longer than I anticipated. I would think a refi loan could but done quicker than a new purchase loan but I am sure all the same steps need to be taken....

I would say my experience was "Good." But since the only options are "just Ok" and "Great," I selected Great.
