    Only received correspondence on Fridays or day before holidays on Information needed for mortgage process. Little video emails not helpful more for first time Homeowners. Long process for refinancing of home mortgage

    It's beyond your control but the whole back and forth process was very emotionally draining and exhausting due to the extreme new regulations and procedures.
