Shannon made it great by showing the house when someone wanted to look at it and it really didn't take that long it to sell once it got on market and you always kept us informed of what was going on we really loved Shannon a whole lot

Greg was very good at communications and expectattions. Was agreeable to a listing price at 23% higher then his recomendation which resulted in a higher selling price.
