Greg was very good at communications and expectattions. Was agreeable to a listing price at 23% higher then his recomendation which resulted in a higher selling price.

Time and attention. Depth of knowledge about the process. There was nothing I asked that wasn't answered completely. This was the first house I sold, and his experience was evident, and made it an easy process, after hearing many horror stories....
