Taken 15 g out in equity. Asked Stuart if I should pay my taxes he said it would be put in the loan so I was happ I would have 4g more to play with. I was not informed that it would come out of my 15 g I was taken out.

In the past my experience has been a 10 with Radius. My most recent refinances the experience was about a 4. It took over 3 months to refinance. This is troubling as I also had just closed on a new loan the week before I wanted to refinance...
