My dealings with everyone at Radius, especially Amy Downey were tremendous. I was met with cooperation, enthusiasm and competence when I dealt with every single Radius employee.

Loan officer was very helpful and nice. Tammy Burge is amazing. She truly cared about my husband and I getting our first home and walk us through every step. Everything thing with smoothly!

The service was good, a little slow, but I expect that was due to COVID-19.

Jeff was very responsive and pushed to get this resolved quickly. It was not a 10 because it seemed like things were asked for numerous times. I know regulations are probably more stringent nowadays but it was a little frustrating.
