Good service and responsiveness overall. Helpful loan officer.

George Simone has been great. Wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

They did exactly what they said they’d do and were very thorough. Tim Provost was amazing.

We financed our home originally with Stuart when we bought in 2017. We were 23 and 24, young first time homebuyers. Stuart was extremely accommodating and responsive via email and phone, and made visits to our home to meet and talk us through...

Everything was good up until the end. Had to resend a document because it was misplaced.

Getting answers to our questions was like pulling teeth. We didn't recieve a single explanation of what was going on, nor summary of the documents we recieved. Then we were rushed to sign everything. I truly feel like I was bamboozled.

Sofia was amazing throughout the mortgage loan process. I would recommend mortgage network to friends/colleagues in the future.

Jacob was available when we called, we never had to wait more than a day to hear back from him. He explained things in a way that was easy for a first time buyer to understand. I don’t think I could have had a better experience, everything...

Sofia was very caring and supportive throughout the loan process. Her knowledge of the market and easy to understand approach was a perfect fit for me.

It went much faster than I expected and I liked documents shared by email to be digitally signed. Jacob is always very professional, informative and helpful in explaining things.
