The overall experience has been great. They were able to close the house on time without any issues.
We went with a big bank for our last mortgage, thinking it would be easier to have all our accounts in one place, but it wasn’t worth it. They got everything wrong, we’re hard to get in touch with, we’re impersonal and treated us like an inconvenience....
