    Tammy got it done for me when every other lender gave me a hard time being self employed. From lender switch after having our offer accepted we closed in 3 weeks. Recommend her to anyone looking to buy!!

    I don’t recall being offered an adjustable rate ? I might of chose that instead of a fixed with the rates so high.
