    We had a complex process, Mike was diligent, patient, and focused on getting it done. Even though it took a few months Mike was persistent and encouraging throughout.

    Something came up in the last week before settlement and Tammy was able to rework the loan and still close on time. My buyer has used Tammy three times and will only use Tammy
