North Pacific Headquarters, Ann Arbor, MI

The only reason I went with North Pacific is because of Myr. He's very upfront and didn't waste our time like some of the lenders we have talked to in the past, once we were ready to go he was on the ball with getting back to us quickly and...

I felt rushed to move forward but in the end we were able to get the deal done and get on with it. He handled the paperwork quickly and was very friendly.

Honest, helpful and patient with first time home buyers. Thanks Myr

I had worked with another agent at North Pacific previously and didn't have the best experience, but Myr really turned it around for us. Very diligent and kept us in the loop the whole time with regular updates, I was on the fence about using...

I've worked with a couple lenders in the past and was honestly dreading having to do it again. I don't know what they are paying Myr but it isn't enough -- he couldn't have made it any easier, huge weight off my shoulders!

Closed quickly and took care of everything for me, Myr is a good guy and very professional.

I didn't really feel like a priority but we got the deal done eventually. Totally understand demand is super high right now, just would have liked to see more personal service.

Good experience, thanks for everything.

No complaints, the process was quick and painless. If not for Myr's hard work I likely would not have gotten this done for sometime. I really appreciated his insight and recommendations which led to great rates.

While we couldn't quite get the rates we wanted I felt like Myr really took our issues to heart and worked hard for us. We'll likely use him again when we are ready to refinance in the future.
