North Pacific Headquarters, Ann Arbor, MI

By making it easy

communication was great

We wanted to make an offer on a Sunday and were not yet pre-appproved, so Stacey came in on Saturday to make sure we were able to do that. She was very professional and informative. She went above and beyond what was expected. She was friendly...

We've worked with Bryce several times and it is always a great experience. He stays on top of stuff and always keeps us informed

Closing went through without any hiccups or delays!

awesome! great job!

Our agent was fantastic but we had a lot of issues with North Pacific's application process.

Slow responses and it felt like he never had time for us, the deal is done and we're happy enough with our rates but I wouldn't work with this agent again.

Our agent was professional and courteous, he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in.

I felt a bit like a number, but we got the deal done. I would work with my agent again but would love to see more personal service, especially with such a large purchase.
