Fast and quick

Bryce was great to work with, always quick to return calls to answer questions. This is our third time working with Bryce and each time has been fast and easy with no problems.

Bryce is the guy that has all the answers. He knows the industry and has a great way of making something complicated (buying a house) an easy pain free experience.

Bryce was knowledgeable, responsive, and gave great advise to help guide us through this process.

Super fast communication, low stress, everything completed early.

Both house buying and refinancing with Castle and Cooke has been a quick and seamless process. Thank you!

Friendly to work with explained it all the procedures step-by-step overall great people to work with

Our experience was great!

We never recieved closing documents. When we would talk with Dan he wasn't friendly on the phone.

Bryce is super easy to work with and makes the whole process run very smooth!
