Shant and his team were very helpful walking us through the loan process and each step of getting our mortgage and purchasing our house. The turn around time was super fast and we closed 30 days after we made the offer! I highly recommend Shant!...

Thank you Shant for all you help! responsive and effective

He gave us support when we needed the most.

Working with Laura. It was a bumpy road at times but Laura’s advice, sense of humor, patience, friendship smoothed things out and helped us persevere. Everything worked out and, added to that we’ve made a great friend.

We got the approval and we got the house . They made sure they had all the info they needed to make it go through. Kept well in touch when it was needed or when there was an urgency in paperwork .

Shant and his team were professional, courteous and responsive throughout. They guided me most successfully through the whole process which was not always easy!
