Everyone was absolutely wonderful and understanding, thank you! You help my mother and I out and my Pops knows she is taken care of.
The communication was great. If I had a question, I was able to call and would get a response quickly. If I called and an answer wasn't readily available, I would get a call in a reasonable amount of time to answer my question.
My overall experience was challenging, and at times stressfu, but my loan originator was very supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process. 👍🏼to her.
The agent was great and so was the builder.
