Needs slight improvement on communication around emails from other people (third party services). I had to reach out to verify because there are too many phishing opportunities in your process.
We were working with an extremely tight deadline and Bryan and Kristin went above and beyond to make everything happen and provide us with an option that we are extremely happy with.
Tabitha was great but better communication with Chase as many of emails were not answered Or not responded to.
