1st time home buyer. Experience was frustrating at times. Communication was good but could have been streamlined through one person. Had some issues with agent. Overall a satisfactory experience.
Rich was very helpful with answering questions and explaining what documents and financial terms meant. As first time homebuyers, that was critical for helping reduce concerns. Thank you for everything!
