Great lender, Andy was a professional and very responsive.
Overall a easy process. It took longer then I expected and got a little confusing towards the end when I had some conflicting time lines given to me by my two different contacts.
Mike promised to pay half of the appraisal cost. We were charged the full amount. I sent 2 emails to Mike regarding the matter. No response!
