You were great! The transition after closing was frustrating. We received little to no information and a ton of spam mail pretending to be our new mortgage lender. It was stressful to navigate and get set up

this may have been out of Neil's control but we were very disappointed that we had to pay points for the lowest rate after our credit score randomly decereased from the first to the second credit check.
