Communication and clarity
Due to the pressure of having to close so quickly, the process was slightly stressful. But that was no fault of yours. We still closed in time for me to exit my sold home. Much appreciated🥰
Drake was outstanding.
the underwriting process was burdensome. I recognize our situation is unique and far from straightforward. very grateful for Drake's updates and communication
Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered thouroughly and in a timely manner
