Great people to work with. My biggest disappointment is how long it took Neighborhood Loans to give final approval of the loan and that I was delayed at closing waiting for the money to arrive. No problem with Josh and Hugo at all.
Brian was so on top of it! He was very thorough and was able to completely explain all the fine details in a way that I could understand. He made purchasing our home a seamless experience!
You guys were on the ball from the get go and made the process much easier! So awesome to work w!
