Good Communications and on top of everything
I had a great experience working with the NFM. The lender team provides timely and consistent communication, expert explanation, and advising on all aspects of the purchase process.
We were informed every step of the way and when we needed to be quicker about returning info, the reminder was kind and gracious.
The experience was new and somewhat challenging to my wife and I, however throughout the process the team worked diligently meet our needs to get us in the home of our choice. We really appreciate you guys helping us meet our homeownership...
