Communication was lacking. Got to closing was told we had a .05 buy down to then be told that was loan fee. The fees were not explained well. We have bought several homes and refinanced multiple times. Worst experience ever.
We had a great experience with the Treadstone team!! They helped us accomplish our dream of owning a cabin.
