The process was very quick, which is much appreciated, however it was also intense. Many phone calls and emails each day. Perhaps one phone call or email to chase down documents, esignatures, etc. So not to overwhelm the applicant.

This survey was useless. I never had contact with Michael Eckert. All my dealings were with Peter Stassi and were positive. As far as Michael, there was not a NA option in this survey.
