Michael kept in touch with me, usually daily, by both phone and email. He kept me on track for needed paperwork and kept the process on track.
Personally the only thing I can say is he was unavailable the one time I tried to call him. The majority of the other issues seemed to be electronic and communication.

Mike is very professional, polite and courteous. He was always responsive and was easy to work with. He made the overall process simple from our initial call to closing, he was flexible and dedicated at every turn.
