Our experience would have been better if Mutual of Omaha (and/or FHA) had allowed us to determine if we wanted flooring in the basement - not making it a repair requirement of the loan.We are completely happy with the service Nathan provided....

Process took longer than was expected due Inspector report to the Mortgage Company and clarification of the issue. Also, the changing of underwriter which created part of the delay
