Unfortunately the 2nd Appraisal with Reverse Mortgage is random. We have no control over this being requested. We felt we got both appraisals taken care of quickly and without much delay in closing the loan.

I was asked to present a lot of documentation during the whole process instead of at the first. They kept telling me they needed more and I think they already had it . Also, I was told at closing that I had to paint the trim and turn it in...
