Felt I had to go through much more back and forth than I did on my previous house I had bought 4 years before .... also she is not in Hilo so ade it more difficult to get things signed etc ....
Gregg was very fast with communications and getting my questions answered. He was able to quickly get me pre approved and a great rate and was great to work with along the way.
