There were some bumps in the process but we completed it. I am now trying to set up escrow so far no response from Ladera.
Only heard from Kevin on the initial phone call. Handed off the loan to someone else who I had to ask for confirmation when I sent something. Overall the loan went through as expected and overall loan process was satisfactory.
Jason, Nathan were very knowledgeable and consistent in communicating the process. Felt very confident doing business with them. Will use them again when the time arises.
