Marvin Lee
Marvin Lee was outstanding. Your underwriter was ridiculous. That department needs a overhaul. You need more employees like Marvin. It was very close to walking away from this refi . He is the ONLY reason I stayed with Ladera.

Sean Matthews
The process was easy and smooth! Sean made that possible for a stress free loan from start to finish. Thank you so much and kudos to you and your team who assisted us quickly.

Tamara Eastridge
Tamara was so fast with communication and I didn’t have to call her really. She communicated via email and that worked for me!
Michael had an answer for every question and was quick to return calls, emails and texts. He was really easy to work with. We would recommend him to others or come back to him if we wanted to refinance in the future.
