Not your process but it would have been easier to have our creditors paid off by the lender rather than wait for checks for us to mail. We got it all done!

The process was surprisingly easy. Mike stayed in touch with each step. I do wish that my open debt had been reviewed before escrow made the checks because every vendor was overpaid.
