    I dont think any lending experience goes perfectly and without any hitches, but my experience with Ladera was pretty close. Communication was excellent, and the whole process was only about a month and a half which is pretty quick.

    Everyone I worked with was pleasant, friendly and enjoying their job. I was happy to call when I had questions and everyone answered everything perfectly. They made me feel like I have known them a long time! Great personalities at Ladera!
