Grant is very knowledgeable and helps you decide on which product would work best for your. Grant also is very responsive especially as a customer as we navigate through a very stressful situation.
Getting the rate I was disclosed initially.. Not having the rate and price on everything rise with every disclosure. Not having my original loan request raised by 25k to cover expected payments over and above what I hoped to pay as a down.

There was just alot of back and forth. A few things that we were told, wasn't accurate. The process took longer than expected. But over all we are happy that it got done.

Better communication. I would call or text Elias as he said he was our point of contact. This was after I called and left a message for Paul to please call. I never received a call from either of them.
