Great work, the closing department could use some work. There's always an issue between title and closing. They've told me about their issues with the Kind closing dept.

The communication was lacking unless I asked a question. There was an issue with the FHA case # that sat outstanding until we asked who is to fix it since we do not have access to the case #s when assigned to Kind, I was told Kind would fix...
