Everything was great.
My AE Monica Pastrana knows her stuff. Her command with guidelines and policies were integral to submitting my file correctly and during the conditions stage.

Greg, Gina, and everyone on the Kind team have been amazing. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The only suggestion I have is to make the portal for disclosures more mobile-friendly.

Great experience, definitely a go to Lender. They were great to work with, great communications.
There was no sense of urgency, we had deadlines to meet and errors in underwriting didn't seem to warrant front of the line responses. Meaning, we didn't get priority when the error wasn't ours. Awful experience.
