Better communication about getting exception approvals from the Investor Board. Process seem to take much longer then what was anticipated.
Underwrting was clear and reasonable in documentation requests. Scott stepped in when necessary to make sure settlement went off as scheduled as we were facing the possiblility of a Gov't shutdown and this was an FHA loan.
