Darcy was always available. The process was insanely fast from start to finish. Underwriters always picked up to answer questions in regard to conditions. Turn times for reviewed conditions were very fast. Loved the process

Condo Review Team could have been more supportive and helpful in their description of the condition they wanted. Condo Review condition called for the "Building Ordinance/Law" but provided to explanation. After having to ask them for clarification...
