Rob helped me navigate the portal/application process and stayed involved throughout the process. It got a little bumpy in the closing department, but they were quick to figure it out.

Once a file is CTC, there should be an option to close the same,day, most lenders these days do have this option and in order to stay competive in the market, this is a must.
My team at Kind has been so easy to work with, very responsive and great problem solvers! Very thankful for them!

Bryan stuck with us through a challenging transaction with many moving parts.
The communication was good, and the loan approval process was quick.
Closing is also very good.
Rick Fabricio is on top of the file at all times. If something is needed, he responds immediately and handles in a timely fashion. He is also very knowledgeable with the guidelines for each program.
One of the best experiences I have ever had when using a lender I had never used before.
