The team worked efficiently to get this file to closing. However, it’s always at closing when the file is slowed down to get the docs out. It may be better for escrow and closers to balance when CD is sent out, to avoid any delays in closing....

everything was great. The only complaint that i would have is that on multiple times i reached out to the underwriter who scheduled to call me back a little later and then she didnt call back and i had to get greg involved to make the connection....
