Nichole and Kevin understand how challenging it is to get business in the door. They respect that and do all in their power to get the loans closed. I'm very grateful for the diligence.
When there was a delay in a final condition, they were very communicative in the process and in accommodating an exception for a quick closing with same day docs. This was much appreciated by all parties.

My experience as a broker they are a partner I can trust and will work with me to get loans done. There are a lot of rules in this business and the borrowers must meet the conditions but they worked to helps us make it happen.
The UW not missing uploaded conditions, or adding standard conditions (RCE) last minute would've made it better.
