Easy uploading files. Quick underwriting turnaround times. The only thing I don't like is having to wait for the closing department to balance. If you could implement the broker balancing the CD's on our own like UWM, that would be huge.
The initial Kwikie portal was super easy to use. Rates were very competitive and the team was communicative and helpful!
