Comunication was great. Total loan process was very good and with 25 years experiance in the business that means alot to me.

There were several errant and/or redundent conditions on initial underwrite, which required more than 1 request to have removed. Being my first loan with Kind I had questions midway through the process and nobody would respond to my first email/request....
