Angie is a great partner and was willing to help on this loan even though the borrower switched homes twice. I will defenitly be sending more loans here.
Everything was fantastic until we got to the closing milestone. Even though closing was 2 business days after we got CTC and submitted the doc request, the closer did not send the closing package until the borrowers were sitting at the closing...
