Rick was great . My biggest con with kindlending is the ability to speak to underwriters . It's very difficult to get ahold of the via phone. other than that not to much to complain about.
closed 2 weeks early. rates are better than the competition. file moved FAST and UNDERWRITING communicated conditions clearly.
