The way that the condition review and subsequent conditions list is communicated is very confusing. More claritiy about what has been accepted and what is needed would be helful.
I did not hear from the AE at all during the process.

I like being able to reach my AE whenever necessary and Rick was always available If I didn't reach him when I called he always called me back
The underwriting team kept us updated on the file status which I appreciated very much
Mallory is by far the best AE I have. I don't have another AE who goes out of her way to make sure I'm taken care of with the genuine hospitality she does. I am currently pregnant and Mallory has sent me texts and calls knowing I'm often sick...
