Mark was great and always available to answer questions/explain process. First loan with Kind and it was a Non QM loan with a lot of moving parts. Only hiccup was the underwriting turn times were way too long
I was very pleased with my service from the beginning of the loan until we closed. Very communicative and easy to work with. Definitely will be sending more borrowers your way!
